What are we looking for?
Tutorials & How Tos: We are constantly looking for tutorials targeted at advanced IT users. We are specially interested in tutorials that appeal sysadmins and DevOps. In addition we are also looking at tutorials for advanced Linux, Windows and Mac OS users.
Hacks and tricks: Think of LifeHacker. Send us clever hacks and tricks to do interesting things in interesting ways. It can be about any platform – Linux, Mac OS X, Windows, Chrome OS, Android or iOS.
Slideshows: We love slideshows. We are extremely interested in slideshows where you tell us things like: “12 must have apps for Windows, Mac or Linux” or “10 most exciting Mac OS apps” or “top 10 games for Xbox One or PlayStation 4”.
Reviews: We accept reviews based on your own experiences. It can be a review of hardware, software, the latest movie, TV show or what not.
There are two ways of contributing to Muktware.io:
- Open submission: You can send stories whenever you have something interesting to tell. Let’s say you just figured out how to do a certain thing on Linux, share your tutorial with us.
- Become a regular contributor: You can join us as a regular contributor if you write frequently. By being a regular contributor you are also entitled to performance based additional payment. The only condition with regular contributors is that you have to give at least two stories per month.
